During the live online yoga class, Heather interacts with everyone in the class from her home studio, normally on ZOOM. She will guide you the way she would in person, she will break occasionally and open the class to questions. During the session, if you don’t feel comfortable with a posture, gently come out of the pose, listen to your body, yoga is non-competitive.
If you are doing the online 4-day course, it’s important you make at least 3 of the days.
For online followup classes, we will send you an access link to the recorded sessions if you like.
Zoom interface is very easy to use. All you need is a smartphone, tablet or laptop with access to internet connection.
